My name is dolores mae.
In 2006, my body came to a halt, showing me one red flag after another. I thought I was connected with myself, but I was not. This was the start of a deep and long process of coming home to myself.
To take my life back and align with my natural gifts.
When I showed up to my childhood traumas, my body started to heal. This was the second time my body healed naturally, all by itself.
But… I was still a mess. I didn’t know how to deal with all my emotions. I didn’t know how to come back to myself, I didn’t even know how to truly be myself. I didn’t know how to feel, live, or be at ease.
I started doing inner child work, therapy, yoga, and multiple healing modalities. I began working with life energy and created a daily practice. Once I fully embodied this, people started to ask if I could help them too. And that’s what led me to support others in healing themselves.
But it wasn’t until I stopped doing my practices (yes, I got cocky, I thought I didn’t need them on a regular basis anymore) and a relationship entered my life that I could see where I was still limiting myself.
This setback led me to the most powerful teachings, wisdom, and practices. From neuroscience and quantum physics, to masters who showed me the way to inner power and to loving and respecting myself deeply.
When I showed up for myself again, from a deeper understanding of who I am and how we function as humans, my life started to fall into place. Safety, love, and a state of joy became natural.
From there, the Evolve & Expand Program was born. The guidance and support that I once found across many different places are now brought together in one program. And the truth is, I am evolving and expanding all the time, so this program is a living organism that grows with me and continues to expand.

Yes you can! It would be great if you can make it for the Amsterdam opening and the closing ceremony. If this isn’t possible, we will find a way to make it work. Depending on the group and where everybody is based, we’ll hold two more live healing workshops. While not required, they will add tremendous depth to your experience.

Our sacred togetherness will consist of 7 cycles (months) of work. We kick-off with a Mastermind session. We will enjoy a Group Healing where your questions are invitations for deep transformation.
FIRST PHASE
Week 1: Mastermind session (2 hours)In the Mastermind session I will share what the theme of the cycle is about, take you along through some wisdom and knowledge and wil share what we’re going to work with and which practices we will pick up on in that cycle.
Week 2: Healing session (2 hours)In the Healing Workshop I will guide you all through profound healings in which we dive into the subconscious. This will help you in your processes during the cycles, in which you will all be focusing on your individual needs and themes.
SECOND PHASE (after about 3 months)
Every week: Hot Seat Group Coaching (1 hours)This is a coaching session in which you have the opportunity for 1:1 coaching. In this sacred space you can ask anything about the practices, content, and your own journey.
EXTRAApart from the sessions together, there are Daily Practices and Spirit Assignments. With commitment to go for inner freedom as a route to success you will create a rhythm and schedule that works for you.
Daily practices: Suggested total 30 min per day
Spirit Assignments: Varies 15 min - 1 hours a week -
This program is to evolve and expand in any area of your life. No matter where you are in your journey, through the daily practices, the group healings, the assignments, the accountability, and the magical structure, you will be impacted powerfully every time you join.
