THREE 1:1 HEALING SESSIONS
We go to the core.
To what’s been shaping you beneath the surface.
This is intimate, focused work. We move with your body, your awareness, and the deeper intelligence already within you.
Each session opens space for what’s real, what’s been held back, what’s ready to be seen.
From there, we work at the subconscious level, where patterns live and repeat. When you meet them here, they begin to loosen. What once held you starts to release.
A belief can form in a moment. It can shift in one.
This is where you stop carrying what no longer belongs to you, and start relating to yourself with more clarity, more presence, and more power.
In my longer programs, this work continues to deepen, so what opens here becomes something you can live.
a holistic approach
To restore balance across your physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers, I work holistically.
We move through multiple levels at once, including the subconscious, where patterns are formed and held. This allows for deeper shifts, without needing long, drawn-out processes.
At the same time, understanding matters. The cognitive layer helps you see where things come from, so you can move differently in your life.
In our sessions, we activate your natural capacity to heal. But the real shift happens in how you live. Through simple, consistent practices and changes in how you relate to yourself and your life.
I’ll give you grounded tools, assignments, and guidance you can apply directly in your day-to-day life.
When you begin to listen more closely, and work with your body instead of against it, you start to see that change is possible on every level.
My role is to support you in that process, so you can step into it fully.

I guide you back to your natural ability to heal, or to support your child in doing so. For children up to the age of seven, I work with both the child and the mother.
There is a place within each of us where the answers already exist. This work helps you reconnect to that place, and learn how to trust what you feel and know.
My intention is to support you in resolving what is present, and in opening your life in a way that feels more free, more grounded, and more fully your own.
When you step into my mentorship or mastermind, I guide you to trust the part of you that already knows how to live, and to allow that part to lead.
